CONSULTING SERVICES
As a consultant and President of Advanced Marketing Communications, Inc., I
provide marketing communication solutions and support services, which
include program design, planning, execution and evaluation of corporate
customer relations.

INQUIRY MANAGEMENT - SALES LEAD FULFILLMENT
I have developed methods of inquiry management processes, which typically
includes receiving a request for information; routing the request to the
sales department; and sending appropriate fulfillment to the prospective
client. I am very skilled at taking this process to the next level by
creating, maintaining and updating multiple databases to measure specific
elements of communication tools, sales performance, business goals, metric
and budget accountability and return-on-investment to be learned and shared
with accurate performance metrics.

EMAIL RESPONSIVENESS
Expertise in email response includes managing corporate home page email
boxes and processing all email messages via routing in a time-efficient
manner, e.g. on a monthly basis, the average response time posted by my
service was 9.41 hours and 90.6 percent of responses were within 24 hours,
a turnaround that resulted in favorable customer response and service.

TELEMARKETING SERVICES
Provide in-person telephone services during business hours (across global
time zones) to provide a maximum level of customer service; gather the

COLD CALLS, SALES AND EVALUATION OF MARKET OPPORTUNITIES
Identify prospective accounts; conduct sales presentations; prepare

MARKETING-COMMUNICATION PLANNING AND EVALUATION
Directly involved in developing, implementing and measuring annual
corporate communications plans for six (6) years including the inquiry
process. Translated company business strategies and goals into

ADVERTISING AND DIRECT MAIL
Managed several agencies; created and developed advertising campaigns;

COLLATERAL
Managed the editing and supervised the production of sales brochures,

TRADE SHOWS
Responsible for booth designs and installations; traveled to show
locations; directed booth activities; organized public events, sales and
client meetings and new-product announcements; collaborated with public
relations agency activities; and conducted pre-show and post-show
mechanics, direct-mail campaigns and reviewed return-on-investment metrics.

PUBLIC RELATIONS
Coordinate with public relations agency to produce press releases and press
conferences; arrange article placement; organize editor tours and on-site
client interviews; and administer a speakers bureau program with over 20
placements per year for national event exposure.

CORPORATE RELATIONS
Responsible for corporate approvals and was the point-of-contact to legal
counsel/services, corporate marketing management, marketing communications
management and corporate public relations. Prior to public release,
triaged programs regarding trademark and copyright regulations, branding
strategies, corporate approval processes and 3M corporate communications
global policies, procedures and guidelines.

DEPARTMENT MANAGEMENT-SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY
While with 3M, responsible for $1 million department budget and served on
the marketing management team; coordinated department staff assignments;
traveled to the 3M corporate campus as the department representative and to
contract agencies to evaluate and select media-sales and campaign
presentations, etc.

GLOBAL COMMUNICATIONS
Managed advertising campaigns, trade shows and collateral and packaging
programs for international subsidiaries located in Australia and Canada, as
well as throughout Europe.


RESEARCH, ANALYSIS, AND METRICS
Collaborated with agencies and 3M in-house staff on a variety of subject
matter including, but not limited to, attitude, awareness and usage
studies, focus groups, customer surveys, competitive advertising analyses,
business intelligence assignments, sales win-loss studies, customer
retention studies, marketplace collateral studies, pre/post evaluation
campaign metrics, and maintenance of annual trade show performance metrics.


CONTRACT SALES ADMINISTRATION AND SUPERVISOR
Processed product orders from acceptance to invoicing; conducted collection
and corporate audits; completed monthly billing projection reports
exceeding $1 million; approved contracts; and prepared amendments to
standard terms and conditions of sales agreements. I also supervised four
(4) billing clerks and performed supervisory responsibilities.

SALES SUPPORT - CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION
Prepared and delivered presentations at national sales training sessions
and coordinated and completed order processing and requests-for-proposals
for contract administration, product-development, sales and service
departments.

TECHNICAL PRODUCT SUPPORT - CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGEMENT
Supervised seven (7) staff members and monitored trouble-call activity on
the hot-line desk for over 500 customers; provided telephone support for
solving hardware and software problems in a \"stressful environment\";
traveled to customer locations to install software and train customers on
site; reviewed user-installation/training manuals and prepared
environmental-specification documentation; and maintained schedules for
hardware shipment and software installation.

3M LEADERSHIP ACCOMPLISHMENTS
As the marketing member of a Cross-Functional Team, I was responsible for
developing and presenting final recommendations regarding Customer
Satisfaction and Evaluation Methods to the 3M Health Information Systems
Management Committee. Our recommendations resulted in the development of a
new department, Customer Operations. I was also a member of the Marketing
Portfolio Committee and participated in making strategic-planning
decisions.
