. Created an entertainment-based, education programs for Ontario schools
through a partnership with The Second City (Chicago), branding by
Fearless Learning Canada and with key advisors from various school
districts & Universities-1999-2009. As President, Fearless Learning
Canada and Partner/Second City Toronto I developed, trained
instructors and delivered curriculum-based improvisational workshops
and performances. We assisted educators in key areas such as Stop the
Bullying, Professional Development and Co-operative learning
placements. Reached over 80,000 students per year with sponsorship
support by Pepsi and Pizza Pizza. Achieved on-going student approval
rating of 85% results measured by rubrics.

. Co-created with Senior VP and CEO North America\'s first credit card
transaction program in the Cinema industry (Amex Front of the Line) at
Cineplex Odeon/Plitt theaters plus first screen advertising program-
1990-1994. As Director Marketing, responsible for Labatt Breweries
partnership and getting LCBO approval to serve beer in select theater
outlets; raised with Senior VP Marketing over $4.5 million in
sponsorship and consumer promotion rights fees (Coke, Pepsi, BMW,
Labatt, American Express) and created North America\'s first
professional theatrical production for secondary schools in Canada and
the USA \"The Making of Phantom of the Opera\".

. Co-created with Dr. Peter Kalman, one of the first business-driven
initiatives at Toronto Hospital in conjunction with Department of
Vascular Surgery-1987-1989. As President Fearless Learning Canada we
launched Toronto Hospital Vascular Disease Center. Major turn-around
in patient-load, international research projects and broad network of
vascular surgeons. Identified new risk-factor services in the smoke-
cessation and fitness sectors, key areas in preventing and managing
vascular disease.
. Created Canada\'s first national sponsorship-driven, concert and
theatrical production operation -1980-1987. As Director Promotions
created a partnership with Molson Breweries (Canadian and Coors
brands) and Concert Productions International. We controlled over 80%
of the live concert entertainment industry. Annually produced over 200
major concerts supported by radio and consumer promotions. Research
indicated direct erosion of Labatt Blue brand due to this program
causing Labatt to purchase C.P.I.

. Skills: I am known for the creation of new revenue generating programs
by creatively leveraging existing assets and bridging appropriate
brands and services. Highly personable and proficient in solving
problems and implementing solutions under tight deadlines. Overall
responsibility for planning, executing and evaluating major projects

Senior Vice President, Fearless Learning Canada. 1999-2009

. Created non-profit organization to assist youth with Invisible
Disabilities and provided workshop support for Toronto Schools at
Risk/Suspended students and for the George Brown College annual Mental
Health Conference.

. Negotiated partnership with Second City Communications (entertainment
industry leader i.e. Mike Myers, Bill Murray etc.). Designed and
created first ever improvisational, curriculum-based programs for
Ontario schools by re-positioning existing corporate resources into
offers for 250,000 Ontario students and staff.

. Negotiated long-term sponsorship and marketing partnerships with
leading companies such as Pepsi and Pizza Pizza generating revenues of
over $300,000.

. Responsible for hockey properties (Canadian sponsored NHL teams, Mid-week
television broadcasts through Canadian Sports Network/CBC, Major Junior A
and all player/product events and programs). Worked with
H.E.Ballard/Maple Leaf Sports and Bill Ballard of Concert Productions
International (now SFX in Canada). Created Molson Entertainment concert
program by leveraging rights purchased through hockey and rolling them
into concerts booked at participating hockey arenas. Canada\'s largest
concert and live theater program. Labatt Breweries purchased the concert
company for $22.5 million.
