BIO SUMMARY: In 2006 I was 28 years old & a single mother of 2, worked for
a friend at liberty tax helping him to increase production and break local
records. I was then given an opportunity to own a franchise with Liberty
Tax Service due to my hard work. Although a proven success in management,
sales & marketing I had never owned a business and had little education to
do so. Following the franchise system without much deviation I opened my
first location and set the national record in both production and revenue
in a town 1/3 the size of their normal territories. Becoming the youngest
record holder the CEO advised me to take over a 10 year old location in TN
which I tripled production and revenue, as well as doubling the numbers at
my first store (6 hours a way) & setting all new records again. Due to this
success I became a national spokesperson, trainer and motivational speaker
where I feel hundreds have increased their own revenue from my
encouragement and training. Bought the Chattanooga region area development
territory and increased all revenues, sold territories by large percentages
each year. During season I would host 5-10 people daily to shadow me and
learn how to better execute our system at one of my locations 6-7 days a
week for 14 weeks. During the summer months I frequently traveled the
country speaking at many functions. I have interviewed with local and
national media many times a year including network stations, Wall street
Journal, and most every newspaper and radio station around my areas to
speak on my \"rags to riches\". Due to the success (in my opinion) I was made
an offer to sell my company and after advisement from trusted friends I
took the offer. At 33 years old I have accomplished far more than I ever
could have imagined, changed the lives of my entire family, retired my
parents and my children now have a new future I could never have dreamed.
Since the summer of 2010 I have become an investor, enjoyed time with my
family and am now ready to start a new career/adventure. Financially secure
and very happy however as a type A personality there is no way sitting idle
will last long. This story will be continued once I find my new niche to
put my 1000% effort skill set heart & soul into
