Manage an eight state region consisting of 103 Fed Ex stations. Hired and
trained 25 employees plus 150 subcontractors/vendors in the maintenance and
repair of heavy equipment. Extensive customer relations. Budgetary
oversight of the region.


Maintenance Superintendent - Compaq Project - Sept. 1992 to Dec 1995
Supervised a staff of 18 skilled mechanics and subcontractors in the 24/7
operation of 150k square foot customer service and data center. Daily
customer interaction. Assisted in budget development. Supervised the
largest consolidation project in Compaq history. Completed ahead of
schedule and under budget.

Construction Materials Ltd. - July 1988 to August 1992
Outside sales: Concrete and masonry accessories and waterproofing.

D.C.Linn Constructors - September 1986 to July 1988
Site Superintendent. Managed projects from site preparation to final
