This is a statewide "Rolling Enrollment" Contract designed to establish and maintain a large pool of pre-qualified Contractors from which Departments located throughout the Commonwealth can select Contractors to service certify, calibrate maintain and repair a variety of medical and laboratory equipment. Work will be primarily be performed on a time and material basis, however it will be possible to establish specific maintenance contracts under the umbrella of resulting contracts by mutual agreement between a pre-qualified Contractor and a procuring Department. In May 2003 an initial award was made to 31 Contractors. A list of vendors currently on the MED25 Contract can be found by selecting Contract from the main navigation bar of Comm-PASS selecting search for a contract and by entering MED25 into the Document Number box and pressing enter. Because MED25 is a Rolling Enrollment Contract additional bidders may continue to submit responses at any time during the life of the Contract. The Procurement Management Team (PMT) may add additional bidders to the Contract. The PMT will only add new bidders to the Contract if a Department needs a bidder's services. The Main solicitation document under the Specifications tab of the Solicitation contains the details and instructions of this process.
