See the RFR Amendment document on the Specifications tab. The submission date for Congregate Care (except STARR) program proposals is being extended from March 1, 2006 to April 19, 2006. Bidders whose services include only these program models must still meet the March 1 deadline for their "Shared Roles & Responsibilities" section of the proposal. The anticipated start date for Intensive Foster Care programs is also amended from June 1, 2006 to July 1, 2006. This amendment also includes revisions to budget attachment Action Descriptions in the Forms & Terms tab. This RFR is issued by the Mass. Department of Social Services to invite interested organizations to participate in the creation of an integrated service system for children and families served by the Mass. child welfare system. The organizations selected will serve as Family Networks Network Providers to partner with the Family Networks Area Lead Agencies, Family Networks Regional Resource Centers, Department staff, and families and communities. This Family Networks Network Services RFR covers a range of services currently known as family based services, contracted foster care (therapeutic and specialized), family residences, group homes, bridge homes, shelter, and residential schools.
