Brief Description:
The Department of Public Health, Tewksbury Hospital is seeking qualified vendors to provide repair and maintenance to the hospitals heavy equipment. The anticipated contract dates will be from 1/11/2002 to 6/30/2005 with 3 options to renew for 3 years each option. For Request for Response (RFR) details and instructions please see file below.

1) Calendar Rule Type: Submit a bid per the Solicitation requirements as long as the Close Date has not been exceeded.
 
2) Applicable Procurement Law: MGL c. 7, § 22; c. 30, § 51, § 52; 801 CMR 21.00 and 808 CMR 1.00Open and competitive procurement for Goods and Services, including Human and Social Services. Evaluated based on criteria designed to determine the best value to the Commonwealth.
