The locations covered under this procurement are the wastewater treatment plants at the Bridgewater Correctional Complex, MCI Shirley, the Norfolk/Walpole Correctional Complex, MCI Concord, and various correctional facilities to be negotiated as needed. All interested bidders must monitor this site for any amendements. There will be a mandatory bidder's conference and mandatory site visits. Attendance is required by all bidders submitting a response. Rules: 1) Calendar Rule Type: Vendors that meet qualifications prior to the Final Submission Date of the Contract may be awarded. 2) Applicable Procurement Law: MGL c. 7, § 22; c. 30, § 51, § 52; 801 CMR 21.00Open and competitive procurement for Goods and Services.
