Fairness Monitoring Services – Vendor of Record

Infrastructure Ontario issued this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) on March 11, 2010 for the purposes of creating and accessing the provision of Fairness Monitor Services through a Vendor of Record (“VOR”) process.

In accordance with Sections 1.2(3) and (4) of the RFP, Infrastructure Ontario will accept and review proposals on an ongoing basis.
Respondents are asked to indicate their interest and provide the information set out in this RFP with respect to their experience and qualifications and the Fairness Monitor Services they are prepared to provide. Infrastructure Ontario intends to contract with the selected Proponents which qualify through this RFP process. The term of the contract will be for a three (3) year period, with Infrastructure Ontario’s option to extend the contract for two (2) additional one-year terms.
