Prequalification of Right of Way Services The Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT) is requesting all interested Right of Way contractors /firms submit their qualifications. All interested parties must submit an application using the newly revised application form (and supporting documentation). (See below for a link to the new application form). If approved, ROW Contractors / Firms will now be considered certified and presented a �ROW Prequalification Certificate.� Contractors subsequently certified for these services will be listed as prequalified for a period of two (2) years from the date of their certification. Beginning June 1st all future solicitation opportunities will require the submission of a "ROW Prequalification Certificate". Bid proposals must include the aforementioned certificate as a minimum requirement. This is a continuous advertisement with no anticipated closing date for receipt of prequalification applications.
