Entry:

•  Each time an individual refers a friend to Sales Spider and the friend completes the sign up procedure, the referrer will earn 1 point on our leader board. The referred individual must complete the sign up process and activate the account via email in order for the person who referred them to be credited.

The Prize:

•  The prize is awarded to the top five Sales Spider members with the most referrals from a 1 month period (A month being defined as 12 AM Monday to 12 AM the Monday one Gregorian calendar month later).

•  The prize is non-transferable. Any portion of the prize not accepted by a winner will be forfeited.

•  Federal, state and provincial taxes on the prize that may apply are the responsibility of the winner.

•  No checks will be mailed until a referrer reaches a minimum of $50.00 per cash prize.

•  Winner must accept the terms of a declaration and release form confirming compliance with contest rules, acceptance of prize as awarded and releasing Sales Spider from liability. This release will be provided via Sales Spider internal messaging.

•  Each referral is worth $1.00 in the currency of the resident user (Canada and U.S.). Winners outside of North America will be awarded in Canadian dollars. Only the top five (5) referrers per month will be awarded the cash prize up to a monthly contest total of $1000.00. Should over $1000 be earned in a month, the top earners will be paid full amounts with all other totals by user being carried over to the subsequent month. The total combined cash prizes for all winners will not exceed $1000.00 per month.

• Any user caught adding multiple emails of their own accounts will be immediately disqualified without notice from the present Sales Spider contest and all Sales Spider contests thereafter.

Eligibility:

•  In order to enter the Contest, the individual must be a member of Sales Spider.

•  In order for newly referred Sales Spider members to count towards payment in the Refer & Earn Contest the referred user must be a resident of the U.S. or Canada (as indicated by IP address or postal address), must fully complete the membership registration process and must activate their membership through the automatic email activation link.

•  To be eligible to win the Prize, the selected entrants must be a resident of USA or Canada, must correctly answer a skill-testing question, be of the age of majority in their province/state of residence, and must not be an employee of, or related to or living with an employee of Sales Spider. Not valid where prohibited by law. The sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations.

•  To be eligible as the referrer and win the contest your Sales Spider member profile must be complete, including photo, valid email and correct name.

•  Winners are chosen based solely on Sales Spider's internal backend tracking system and all decisions are final.

Selection:

•  The determination of the member with the most referrals for the 1 month period will be made every fourth Monday during the contest at Midnight. The winner will only become official once it is confirmed they have met all stated requirements and have answered the skill testing question which will be sent to them via our internal messaging system.

Winner Notification/Prize Awards:

•  Sales Spider will attempt to contact selected entrants via our internal messaging system until 5 PM EST Monday following the selection. If Sales Spider is unable to contact the selected entrant after this time, the entry will be rendered null and void and the next selected entrant will be chosen. In order to win the Prize, the selected entrant must have complied with the official contest rules, correctly answered the skill-testing question to be administered by the Sales Spider internal messaging system, and return Sales Spider's standard declaration and release form stating they agree with the terms fully. The prize will be forfeited if the declaration and release form message is not replied to within five (5) days after prize notification. Prizes must be accepted as awarded, without substitutions or transfers. Any additional costs incurred in using a prize are a winner's responsibility. Winners are responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes that may be associated with the prize.

General

•  All entries become the property of Sales Spider and will not be returned. By entering the contest you agree to Sales Spider's use of your name, photo and location (city, state, and province) in our contest promotional material and campaign.

•  Sales Spider, its affiliates and partners accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any loss or accident incurred in connection with prizes.

•  Sales Spider will post winner's details (profile, first name, last name, photo, city, state or province) on www.salespider.com.

SALES SPIDER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THIS CONTEST OR CHANGE THE CONTEST RULES AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE WWW.SALESPIDER.COM OR UNDERMINE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. PARTICIPATION IN THE CONTEST CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE AND AGREEMENT TO THESE RULES.
