Relationship Manager [ Job Description ] :
Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
Salary-15k to 18k + handsome incentives (depends candidate to candidate)
Job location - Delhi
Experience: 6 months to 1 year (Preferably in Telecom Industry if possible)
Job Responsibilities :-
? Achieving corporate customer acquisition in the defined vertical or named accounts,
? Achieving Revenue and Collection targets from the set of corporate accounts as per AOP,
? Good Communication, Customer Orientation, Confidence & positive approach,
? Analytical skills, Interpersonal Skills are required-Understanding customer needs
Responding to complaints / Customer E-mails and mails received from Airtel Officials
