We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our
rapidly expanding business Uawithya Market Source Inc. CSR(Customer Service
Representative) will be responsible for handling inbound phone calls and
responding to emails, following up with customers on a variety of business
requests, order status, payment processing, handling escalated calls.Duties
include but are not limited to:
? Listening carefully and truly hearing what?s being said and responding in a
professional manor and solving the customer?s issue. Candidates need to always
be ready to lend a helping hand and share their supportive nature instinctively.
? We?re looking for individuals who are great on the phone and also have the
ability to write clear and well constructed email responses. This position
requires both excellent written and verbal skills along with great interpersonal
? Respond to customer inquiries and look-up information in our systems to
resolve customer requests.
?Process payment from customers(check,money orders,bank to bank transfer and
credit card) Requirements.
Must have the ability to efficiently organize, filing, prioritize,
Multitask, and meet deadlines within a flexible and changing
environment. A high level of accuracy and attention to details are
essential for this position. A willingness to take a challenge and work hard to
have tasks done on time and correctly is required. Additional requirements are:
? Must have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written.
? Dependability and enthusiasm for routinely exceeding expectations.
? Good at problem solving and thinking quickly and responding appropriately.
? Needs a strong sense of responsibility as well as reliability.
? Natural Customer Service mentality.
