Customer Support Representative (CSR) is responsible for interfacing with customers via e-mail and/or phone on a daily
basis from an office located in our facility. The successful CSR will be entering orders, sending order confirmations,
verifying pricing and order quantities, and following up with the warehouse on Next Day Air shipments.
They may need to verify inventory when questions arise.
And will be working closely with the German headquarters to insure proper inventory is on hand and new part numbers are entered into the system.
They will be invoicing orders when shipping is complete, collecting on Accounts Receivable and processing Return Material Authorizations (RMA) and credits when items are returned.
*High school graduate
*Good verbal and written communication skills
