POSITION: (2) PERFORMANCE MANAGER
Global Entry is a US owned BPO with centers in Davao City and General Santos, specializing in sales based customer retention. Our continued growth has generated the need for a night-time Client Based Director Level Performance Managers to work with agents and managers to help enhance daily performance. This position requires a thorough understanding of process based sales, customer retention methods and the ability to communicate and train these procedures in a scripted, effective manner. Must be able to motivate and coach agents to help meet production goals and ensure call quality while holding upper level management accountable to client performance goals.
* Must have minimum of 3 years of experience managing and/or training sales agents in a fast paced performance based Call Center environment
*High degree of personal integrity and business proficiency.
