Burgemeister-Bell, Inc. has a rich history of tradition and dedication to customers. William Burgemeister and Arthur I. Bell, Jr. founded the company in 1956 and thus the Burgemeister-Bell name was born. Up until 1964, the company was based in Pikesville, MD, but moved to a larger facility in Owings Mills to keep up with growth. Arthur I. Bell, III joined his father?s company in 1978 and eventually became president in 1994 when Arthur I. Bell, Jr. retired.
We purchased assets from Plumbing, Heating, & Supplies, Inc. in 2005 and that portion of our company now operates as a division under the name PHS. We purchased Benjamin Franklin Plumbing franchises in late 2006 and are now the preferred provider in the Baltimore area. We proudly serve residential and commercial clients.
About Benjamin Franklin Plumbing
As you may know, this name carries some weight in the plumbing industry. It is one of the fastest growing franchises in the US. Customer time is a top priority, so that?s why arriving on time and ready to work is heavily emphasized. Clockwork Home Services Inc. owns Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and builds many franchise chains in the contractor industry. Clockwork prepares franchise owners and contractors by providing extensive training, which streamlines service practices and technician skills across the board.
Clockwork also emphasizes the importance of time, but focuses on the franchisee in addition to the customer. They help small business owners gain a measure of financial comfort and deliver high levels of custom and technical service.
There are many benefits to owning a Clockwork franchise, and we would be happy to talk to you more about this if the subject interests you. Contact us today to ask a question.
