AEG Management, is seeking a highly organized and professional individual to support our office.

The Client Service Associate will perform administrative and office support activities.
Administrative duties to include fielding incoming telephone calls, handling customer service requests, processing new business, scanning, updating office calendar, maintaining Client Relationship Management (CRM) database, organizing and executing client communications, keeping current with industry compliance regulations and scheduling and preparing for client meetings.

Skills/Qualifications:
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products including Microsoft Outlook.
? Excellent writing, analytical and math skills a plus, as well as computer/IT experience.
? Associates degree + 2 years job experience preferred.
? Experience in the financial services field a plus.

This position is (29-40 hours per week) with the potential to grow into full-time. (Hourly rate between $15-$19)
