Growing up I was a VERY picky eater. I didn?t touch anything with flavor or sauce. Heaven forbid my pasta arrived with parsley. I would eat an entire box of cookies after school and begged my parents for trips to fast food joints. By the time I was 12 I had terrible stomach pains daily and spent the next ten years struggling with digestion issues.
After university I tried to eat ?healthy? but was unknowingly eating foods that were filled with sugar and void of any real nutrients. I was at my heaviest weight, my digestion was a mess and my personal life was draining all my energy. That was my breaking point. I took control of my life, quit smoking, started working out and revamped my diet. Within a few weeks my digestion pains vanished and so did my chronic acne and eczema.
I was officially hooked on health and wellness and truly amazed by how the body can heal itself when you fuel it with the right ingredients.
