Primary responsibilities:
* Qualifies and consults with customer about services offered. Inquiries are received as inbound telephone calls, or email.
* Outbound telephone contacts occur subsequent to the initial inquiry.
* Uses consultative communication skills to assess the client's needs and help them determine the best fit.
* Educates the client on the relevant features of a specific plan and explains all required elements of the plan, eligibility and rates.
* Schedules appointments and assists in training new advisors.
No experience is required but sales, customer service, marketing/advertising and general office experience is helpful. We will fully train the right candidate. All we expect is a serious commitment, positive attitude and the ability to accept instructions.
