ATTN: HR Generalist with experience in manufacturing needed (Start Immediately!)
Location: Westlake, OH

Responsible for overall Human Resources duties including managing employee compliance, safety and labor relations, and recruiting quality personnel. The HR generalist will assist with implementing policy, procedure, and training to the manufacturing facility as well as be the key point for labor relations and negotiations in a union environment.

Education:
College degree, PLUS a minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment with HR responsibilities.

Requirements:
Labor relations and experience in a UNION environment is NECESSARY
Local or close enough to drive in for an interview
SPHR or PHR Certified is a HUGE plus!
