Hello, My name is Richard Baltar of East coast hardwoods ltd and I live and do business on long Island New York and have been in the business since 1983. I like the "home improvement" store quality comparison. I have to deal with the same thing down here. I don't supply but am an excellent craftsman on both sides of the trade.
